We felt it would be best to continue
using the name that we created for our prelim task, which was ‘Hashtag
productions’. For this we have decided to make our production
more professional by creating an ident, which is shown below for our thriller
opening. We wanted to do something a bit more creative than just writing it
out, as a group we brainstormed some ideas and came up with an idea of having
the ‘ashtag’ and ‘productions’ to come in, then followed by the four lines of
the hash tag (#) with a specific sound effect. This ident will be placed at the
start of our thriller with our title and credits.
This is looking fantastic – it’s not far from a band 4 – just needs a bit more reflect on what you’ve done and how you have developed your production – try to catalogue some of the changes you have made, explaining why you have done so.

There is proficient research into similar products and a potential target audience – I think you should tweak some of the posts to show how ‘real’ thrillers have influenced your work and explain how you have addressed the points raised by your audience as to what they want / expect in a thriller.
There is proficient work on shotlists, layouts, drafting, scripting or storyboarding. Can you add any more evidence of you trying out shots and techniques?
There is proficient organisation of actors, locations, costumes or props.
Time management is good.
There is proficient skill in the use of digital technology or ICT in the presentation.
There are proficient communication skills.
There is a good level of care in the presentation of the research and planning.
Kieran - please work on the comments above! You have worked really hard and deserve a band 4 grade - re-read the comments and look carefully at each post, making sure that you have explained the relevance of each one.
